What to include in the Refund Policy
We offer refunds of up to 50% for gardening services and damaged products under specific conditions. For gardening services, refunds apply only if the service was not delivered as agreed, and issues must be reported within 2 days of completion. Cancellations before the service starts may be eligible for a partial refund, but no refunds will be given for dissatisfaction due to natural plant variations or external factors such as weather or soil conditions. For damaged or defective products, customers must report the issue within 1 days of delivery with proof, such as photos or videos. Eligible items may be replaced or refunded up to 50%, but damages caused after delivery are not covered. Certain items, including live plants, fresh soil, and customized gardening setups, are non-refundable. Services that have been completed and accepted by the customer are also not eligible for refunds. To request a refund, customers must contact our support team with order details and proof of the issue. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days through the original payment method.
